Accepting the invitation to ProConvey

a) Open email and accept Invitation:

Open the email containing the ProConvey invitation. Click on the "Accept Invitation" button.

You’ll be directed to the ProConvey platform to create login details and login.

b) Create login and click next:

Upon successful login, you'll land on your dashboard. Here, you'll see a list of your property(ies).

Click on the specific property you want to complete your onboarding for.

c) Access Case Overview and task list:

Inside the property's case overview, you'll find a detailed list of tasks to complete.

Begin your onboarding process by following the tasks outlined.
