10. Stock and Fuel

This section refers to stock and fuel present on the property being sold.  

Stock and fuel Stock and fuel refer to any stored materials or supplies, particularly those used for heating or energy purposes, that are included with the sale of the property. 
Oil Oil refers to heating oil or fuel oil stored on the property for use in oil-fired heating systems or appliances. It is commonly used for heating homes in areas without access to natural gas. 
Wood Wood refers to firewood or logs stored on the property for use in wood-burning stoves, fireplaces, or outdoor fire pits. It is used as a renewable and sustainable fuel source for heating and cooking purposes. 
Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) LPG is a type of fuel commonly used for heating, cooking, and hot water systems in properties not connected to the mains gas supply. It is stored in portable cylinders or larger bulk tanks located on the property. 

List any stock and fuel present on the property to inform potential buyers about the resources included in the sale. This allows for transparency and clarity in the property transaction process, ensuring that buyers have a clear understanding of the stock and fuel resources associated with the property.
