ID and AML checks

a) Access the task list and select "Start ID Check" to initiate the identity verification process.
b) The next screen will display a QR code along with instructions on how to proceed with the ID check.
Scan the QR code using your phone. This will direct you to either download the app or open the ProConvey app directly.
c) Within the ProConvey app, follow the on-screen instructions to complete your ID check.
This involves uploading identification documents and completing facial recognition steps.
Once completed be sure to hit “Got it” from the app.
d) After following the app instructions, return to the ProConvey platform, where the ID check will be shown as processing.
e) Upon completion, a success screen will confirm the successful ID check.
