Telephone receivers Telephone receivers are handsets or devices used to receive audio signals during telephone calls. They are typically part of a telephone set and are used for both landline and mobile telephones. Telephone receivers may be corded or cordless and can be placed on a surface or mounted on a wall. 
Television aerial A television aerial, also known as an antenna or TV antenna, is a device used to receive broadcast television signals. It is typically installed on the exterior of a property, such as on the roof or chimney, and is connected to a television set to provide access to free-to-air television channels. 
Radio aerial A radio aerial, similar to a television aerial, is a device used to receive radio signals for FM, AM, or other radio broadcasts. It may be integrated into a stereo system or standalone radio receiver and can be installed indoors or outdoors to improve signal reception. 
Satellite dish A satellite dish is a parabolic antenna used to receive satellite television signals from satellites orbiting the Earth. It is typically mounted on the exterior of a property, such as on the roof or wall, and is connected to a satellite receiver or set-top box to provide access to satellite TV channels. 

List the television and telephone-related fixtures present on the property to inform potential buyers about the telecommunications amenities included in the sale. This allows for transparency and clarity in the property transaction process, ensuring that buyers have a clear understanding of the television and telephone amenities associated with the property.
